Our Family of Teachers
At Lilliput Nursery Pre Primary School we believe in providing a variety of rich educational and cultural experiences to the children who attend our school. We make this happen with the help of our permanent and visiting teachers. Each of our teachers are affectionate in a way that pupils get attached to them at personal level and they in turn take complete responsibility of their academic, cultural and personality development.
Each class team is led by a teacher with a dedicated support staff to coordinate and organise class activities. This enables our class teachers to have one-to-one connection with every child in the class. All our teachers and support staff undergo induction training with the Principal and Head teacher to equip them with the skills, knowledge and understanding they need to work towards children development with our ethos and values.
Nivedita Dave, Founder & Principal
Our Founder and Principal Mrs. Dave believes in maintaining the highest standards for quality of education and works consistently with our family of teachers to confirm these standards are maintained.
Guiding beacon of our school, she is the source of our energy, our values and mission to build strong foundations for every child who attends our school and setting them up for success in their future endeavours.
Payal Jani, Academic Head
Responsible for the academic curriculum and day to day school management Mrs. Jani is our Academic Head dedicated to our school's mission and success of our children.
Highly qualified and a scholar in Sanskrit language, she is a strong promoter of building cultural values in children from very early age. In addition to her management responsibilities, she is the head teacher for our Sr. K.G. class.
Late Shri Chandrakant Dave, Operations Head
Joined the institution after his retirement to actively manage and coordinate school's operations activities, facilities management and events organisation.
Mr. Dave is a retired Audiographer from Indian Film Industry and with his technological expertise he orchestrates the audio-visuals at our events and website management.
Nisha Gaikwad
Ace at multi-tasking, Mrs. Gaikwad is our Admissions Head and Sr. teacher managing and supporting Jr. K.G. and Nursery classes.
As an experienced and qualified teacher, she has been actively contributing to our growth and goodwill for more than 7 years now.
Meeta Patadiya
Mrs. Patadiya is one of the most senior teachers, trained and mentored directly by our Principal. Joined us in 2004, she has dedicated her efforts to school's efficiency in stock management.
In charge of school stationery, books and uniforms she is also our Sr. Teacher supporting the development of our Jr. K.G, Nursery and Play Group classes.
Binal Waghela
Ms. Binal is an enthusastic and equally qualified teacher who has soon become a part of our family of permanent teachers supporting Mrs. Payal in planning and developing our online course material.
She is the driving force for creating engaging online material for our children across all ages.
